I know softball has undergone a lot of changes but would like to hear what.

you think has had the biggest impact on this year's team's success.
New Coach? Better coaching? Better evaluations of talent? etc. The team has truly had an epic turnaround and seems to be playing consistently and I'd love to understand why? Thanks!
